Decorative Halloween Apothecary

Hello everyone,

It's been some time since my last post, feels nice to have some of my creative juices flowing again. This project was started last year and was never finished, so I'm delighted I finally found some time to do so.

I do not have a list of supplies, but most of the embellishments, including the wooden box can be found at most popular Arts & Crafts stores. I keep the candles in place by using removable sticky dots. These are flickering candles and look pretty cool when turned on at night.

There's a video posted below.

Halloween Treat Boxes

Hi there, welcome back for another DT project I made for Cardz TV. I made some fun Halloween treat boxes and I used Cardz TV stamp sets"Spooky Sayings" and "Trick or Treat". I liked adding the zombie girl to the tombstone treat box, for a little extra creative fun.

The svg files that were used are from the Silhouette store... Myra Mains Tombstone - design#47686, the Zombie Girl - design# 47396 and the BOO treat box - design# 67334. I put foam tape behind the BOO and added some "Olive Green" Timeless Twine. I heat embossed both sentiments, one in white and the other in black.

So looking forward to HALLOWEEN!!!

Halloween Party Favors

Hi everyone, here with another project for Timeless Twine. For today's project I made some Halloween party favors in a spooky box. I know I have said it before, but I will say it again...I love, love this time of year and Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. Every year we usually throw a Halloween party, so I thought it would be fun to decorate a box that would hold the individual candy bags for party favors.

I found the svg file for the box in the Silhouette store design#55264 and for the Vampire couple, design#48137. The white tag is from Bella Creationz, along with the small and large kraft bags. The "Solid Orange" twine was used to tie a bow around the bags and the lollipop stick popping out.

I stamped several Halloween images on all of the bags and added kraft script tissue paper for the final touch.

Timeless Twine is having a super FAB sure to check it out!!!

Halloween "Beware" ATC

Hi there, wanted to share a quick project I made, it's a Halloween ATC "artist trading card". I actually made this for a swap I'm in, I had 12 to make and had lots of fun putting them together.

The inks, embossing powders, sentiment die and bat die are from Tim Holtz, the gothic gate die is from Poppy and the embossing folder I used is "crackle" by Darice. I did add some black glitter to the bat, but it's is hard to see in the pic.

I have some Christmas ATC's I will be making too!

Have a great day!!!

Halloween Pumpkin with Witch Hat

Hi everyone, hope you all had an amazing summer. Now that summer is almost over, it's time to start enjoying this beautiful fall weather that's approaching. For my DT project for Timeless Twine I made a Jack O' Lantern with a witches hat, it can be used to carry treats or for some home décor, I'm using it as home décor.

You can find this file at SVG Cuts, it's from the Haunted Forest kit. I had so much fun putting this together, I used the "Orange Licorice" Timeless Twine, some lace, rhinestones, black glitter and a glittery spider. I love how pretty and spooky it turned out.

Halloween Mini Album

Happy Halloween!!!!

Hi guys, hope your all enjoying Halloween today, I had so much fun decorating and as always...looking forward to seeing all of the kids in the neighborhood with their fun costumes.

For todays DT project for Cardz TV Gallery, I thought it would be nice to have a little mini album for all of the cute pictures that we all take of our kids, in my case nieces and nephews all dressed up for Halloween. I have posted a link below to a YouTube video I made showing the project in detail, which I thought it would be much easier than posting pictures. I do plan on doing some future YouTube videos, although I must say I'm still not all that comfortable in front of the camera, which I'm hoping will change as time goes on.

Anyways, I had a lot of fun putting this together, I used Cardz Tv Stamps sets "Trick or Treat", "Spooky Sayings" and "More Spooky Sayings" and the Echo Park Papers "Happy Halloween", which I had from last year. The SVG files that I used are from SVG Cuts, Svg Cutting Files, the Silhouette Store - #66197 and the Cricut Cartridge "Happy Hauntings". Please do not forget to stop by Cardz TV Gallery and check out what else our other designers have created!

Hope you enjoy...

"Spellbound" Halloween Tag

Hi everyone, here we are with another project I have created for the Cardz TV Gallery, I just love being part of this DT, there is such wonderful inspiration on the gallery, it's a must see!

I love Graphic 45 papers, I used these papers from the "An Eerie Tale" paper pack , such fun papers to play with. I used a #10 tag and Cardz TV stamp sets "Frankly Frightful" and "Spooky Sayings". I also added a pocket for 2 additional tags I made for a photo and/or some journaling, I used spellbinders die cut #S5-167 for the tab on the smaller tags.

I used my mini tag punch for the "Trick" and "Treat" sayings and added them to the smaller tags. I added some black brads, green rhinestones, green seam binding, green twine and foam tape. I also used black Archival Ink and TH- Black Soot for the shading.

Hope you enjoy...

For added journaling or photos.

Halloween Zombie Card

Hi there, here we are with another Halloween card! I've decided to start using things that I had purchased, which that have been sitting for quite some time without being used. Oh boy, only god knows how much I have accumulated through the years, so why not start to have some fun with it. It's just so hard not to buy the cutest next thing, right?

Well, for todays card I went into my Sizzex bin and pulled out a card die - #659237, I haven't really created anything other than the typical card base, so it was nice to do something a little different.

I bought the Boy Zombie in the Silhouette store - #47397 and used Cardz TV stamps "Going in Circles" and "Frankly Frightful". I added black twine for the spider on the orange ric-rac ribbon. I used a bat punch, 1/2" hole punch, orange brads, glue dots, Recollections 6x6 papers "Midnight Magic" and K&Company "Spooky" papers. I shaded the edges with TH Black Soot and used Archival black ink for the sentiment. I had such a blast making this and it felt so good to finally put the die to use! :)

Please enjoy...

"Too Cute To Spook" Treat Box

Hi everyone, here is my first DT Gallery Challenge. As you all know, I am now a designer for Mary's new blog...Cardz TV Gallery! Every day one of the designers will be posting a project for the exception of Sundays, I'm so excited to be part of the wonderful team. You can not go wrong with any of Mary's stamp sets, they are just PERFECT for any project!!!

I absolutely love how all the leaves have turned into the beautiful yellows , reds  and oranges, but with Halloween is still around the corner, I decided to make this adorable little treat box. The ghost is just way too cute, so I had to make it. For todays project I used Cardz TV stamp set "More Spooky Sayings", of course, the sentiment is just right for this little creation.

I bought the file in the Silhouette store #48728 and I added the spooky fence, that I bought from the store as well - #47758 and I have a little tiny bat punch, which was used for the bats around the box. I tied a bow with some green and black/polka dot sheer ribbons, I used black tissue paper inside the box for the candy, inked all of the edges... TH - Iced Spruce for the ghost, TH - Dusty Concord for the Banner and TH - Black Soot for the box.

Hope you enjoy...

Happy Crafting!!!
