Say Cheese Mini Album

Hi everyone, so happy the weekend is finally here, it's been a long week...now all we need the warm weather to finally get here.

Todays challenge at Timeless Twine is Fun Friday...Create something fun! So for my project I made a Camera Mini Album, I've had these awesome papers from Simple Stories "Say Cheese" Collection, that I thought matched perfectly for this project.

The Timeless Twine used is Cherry Red, Lemonade Yellow and Tuxedo Black, from Bella Creationz the Kraft and Gray reinforcement stickers. I liked the use of twine in place of the metals rings that are typically used on mini albums, I think it gives it a softer more playful look.

The svg file is from the Silhouette store #43482, I did use the opening on the reverse side, just a preference of mine. I also cut out additional layers for the center of the tag and the top piece of the tag in various colors of papers, I created those  cuts on my own.

All I need to do is fill in with pictures and add the embellishment that came with the paper collection.

Enjoy...

Just Sayin... You're So Cool

Hi everyone, I'm here today with my DT post for Cardz TV Gallery. I needed to make a project that would hold my son's I-Tunes gift card. I found this cute tabbed card with sleeve in the Silhouette store... svg #63014, it didn't have a pocket to insert the gift card, so I made my own.

The stamp set used is "Just Sayin" from Cardz TV Stamps, one of many great sets. The papers are from Pink Paislee's "Hello Sunshine" paper pad. The stereo is from the "Groovy Times" Cricut cartridge, which has a lot fun images on there, wish I could use them all.

Love how colorful and fun this project was and I hope it will put a nice smile on my son's face.

Enjoy...

Have a great day!!!

Happy PlanNerd Sunday

Hi guys, I'm back with another post using Bella Creationz-  planNerd and planNerd 2 stamp sets. I'm still not sure what I like when it comes to decorating my planner, but one thing I know for sure is that these stamp sets are a must for me.

The planner I have is an Erin Condren Life Planner, but these stamps can easily work on a variety of planners from Filofax and Kikki to whatever you may be using.

Please check out the Youtube video below as it will show you great ways you can utilize these stamps plus a quick tip on how to stop ink from bleeding onto the backside of your page. Be sure to stop by Timeless Twine and check out posts and videos from other DT members for more inspiration for your planners.

Enjoy...

St. Pat's "Lucky" Treat Box

Hi everyone, hope you are all having a great start of the day.  For todays challenge at Timeless Twine it's - 3D Thursday. I have been working on some St. Patrick's Day projects and decided I would make some treat boxes using some "Olive Green" Timeless Twine.

We totally enjoy St. Pat's Day, from cooking and eating Irish food to going to the parade. Even though my little leprechauns aren't so little anymore, I still make them goodie bags...shhhh don't tell their friends! We love to dress in green and decorate the house as well.

This box is easy to assemble, it's from the Silhouette store #56050. I used the shamrock embossing folder for the box and part of the bow, which is also from the Silhouette store #55681. The clover is from the "Create a Critter 2" Cricut cartridge.

Just fill with your favorite treats... and have a great St. Patrick's Day!!!

Enjoy...

Steampunky Hot Air Balloon

Hi everyone, here is my project for Party Time Tuesdays, this month's sponsor is Spectrum Noir. I had mentioned before on a previous post for my Strawberry Cupcake Hot Air Balloon that I had made a steampunky hot air balloon and here you have it. I didn't go to heavy on the gears and what not, as I did want to keep it quite simple and not weigh it down too much, but I still love how it turned out.

I love this hot air balloon svg file from "High Skies", Mary from SVG Cuts always amazes me with what she comes up with, but I have to say this svg file is one of my favorites. I used Timeless Twine "Aqua Delight" which worked perfectly, their twine really stands out so nicely on the balloon.

The possibilities are endless, looking forward to making some more  of these for a summer party.

Soon to come... an altered steampunk clock!

Enjoy...

St. Patrick's Day Tabletop Decor

Hi everyone, hopefully you are all keeping warm with this not so wonderful weather most of us are having. While trying to stay warm, I have been working on my St. Patrick's Day d├ęcor, treat boxes and more.

For today's Cardz TV Gallery project, I made some centerpieces for my tabletop for our St. Pat's Day dinner, I think these will look perfect in the center of the table. I used Cardz TV Stamp set "Happy Days" for the sentiment.

I bought the svg file from the Silhouette store #75409, I then added some additional clovers that were left over from other projects. This file is a bit challenging, but it does come with instructions.

I added some Timeless Twine "Olive Green" around the stick portion of the project, and also added it to some brown buttons as well.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Enjoy...

 Have a great day!!!

St. Patrick's Day Shadow Box

Hi everyone, hope you are staying warm, at least those of you in this nasty cold weather. Luckily Spring is right around the corner, for me it just can't get here soon enough

Today I will be sharing my first St. Patrick's Day project, it's a neat shadow box the I found in the Silhouette store. I actually purchased 2 different sizes that were available, I just think they are awesome. You can use them for any occasion and/or for any room.

This svg comes with three individual files, that are purchased separately... yes you must purchase all three to complete the project. I also used several other St. Patrick's Day svg files for the inside of the shadow box, I will have them all posted below.

For the final touch some Timeless Twine, I used "Tuxedo Black" and "Olive Green" twine. I will be adding a few more additions with some gold sequins and additional foam behind the shoe, pot and horseshoe for more dimension.

Enjoy...
